RENTAL RATES:

Excellent long term rates. All rates are subject to Washington taxes. There is a $250 cleaning fee on all rentals. Rates are subject to change and applicable taxes. Note:  We do not reserve your dates until we receive your deposit and signed contract.  Once we have received these, then your dates and rates are secured.

POLICIES:

Rental Policies: Washington taxes are assessed on all bookings. NO SMOKING NO PETS Deposit Policies: There is a $500 deposit as well as last month deposit required on all stays. Deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure. Refund Policies: We offer a full refund on all cancellations 30 days prior to arrival. There are no refunds if the lease is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the arrival date.
