Rates & Policies for Ocean View Condo at Point Edwards

RENTAL RATES:
  • Excellent long term rates.
  • All rates are subject to Washington taxes.
  • There is a $250 cleaning fee on all rentals.
  • Rates are subject to change and applicable taxes.

Note:  We do not reserve your dates until we receive your deposit and signed contract.  Once we have received these, then your dates and rates are secured.

Rental Policies:

  • Washington taxes are assessed on all bookings.
  • NO SMOKING
  • NO PETS

Deposit Policies:

  • There is a $500 deposit as well as last month deposit required on all stays.
  • Deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure.

Refund Policies:

  • We offer a full refund on all cancellations done 30 days prior to arrival.
  • There are no refunds if the lease is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the arrival date.
